Meet the Management Team

Our management team is dedicated to guiding artists through every stage of their career. With expertise in strategy, branding, marketing, touring, and business development, we provide tailored support to help artists grow, make informed decisions, and maximize their potential in the music industry.

CEO / FOUNDER

NATHAN ALEXANDER

He is the founder and CEO of RBK London, an independent label supporting both disabled and non-disabled artists through talent development and career growth. He continues to create honest, grounded music that reflects both his character and creative vision.

Nathan has featured in highlights include an appearance on BBC Radio London with Jacqueline Shepherd, performances at DJ AG’s pop- ups, and radio support from Riverside Radio, Westside Radio, and Choice FM UK. He began his musical journey at the age of 6, writing songs and developing his vocal range by singing along to radio hits.

BRAND MANAGER & GRAPHIC DESIGNER

KAY SONI

Kay is the Brand Manager and Graphic Designer for RBK London, leading the label’s visual identity and creative direction across all artist and brand projects.

With over 10 years of experience in visual design, branding, and creative development, Kay works closely with labels team to deliver impactful visual ideas and cohesive creative services that reflect their individuality while aligning with the wider RBK vision.

MARKETING & DISTRIBUTION PR OFFICER

ROHAN HULIKUNTA

Rohan is the Marketing & Distribution Manager for RBK London, overseeing the promotion, public relations, and audience growth for both the label and its artists.

With a strong understanding in distribution, music marketing, and media outreach, he plays a key role in ensuring RBK London connects with the right target audience across digital platforms, campaigns, and industry networks.

Focused on building visibility and long-term artist development, Rohan helps drive the label’s presence while strengthening its connection with fans and the wider music community

Our music production team brings together experienced producers, engineers, and songwriters dedicated to crafting high-quality, industry-ready records. From concept to final master, we work closely with artists to develop their sound, refine their vision, and deliver music that connects with audiences and stands out in today’s competitive market.

BALAJI (CHUNKY KID)

Balaji, professionally known as “Chunky Kid,” is a versatile music producer known for crafting rich, genre-blending sounds across Pop, Hip-Hop, Soul, R&B, and Afroswing. With a strong focus on melody, rhythm, and emotional depth, his productions combine smooth vocals, infectious grooves, and modern drum patterns to create music that feels both fresh and authentic. Inspired by a wide range of musical influences, Chunky Kid brings creativity, energy, and a unique sonic style to every track he produces.

Ben is a music producer based in London, blending R&B, Hip Hop, UK Garage, Underground, Grime, and Jazz Rap, with a foundation in piano and a deep love for music. He is passionate about crafting a unique sound and collaborating with artists to bring their visions to life. He is dedicated to pushing creative boundaries while helping artists shape their sound and achieve their goals.

SOPHIA DRAGA

Sophia is a music producer for RBK, specialising in lush vocal production and clean, detail-oriented mixes. As a producer, she nurtures a relaxed, judgment-free environment, helping artists develop their work and achieve their creative vision. Alongside producing, she is a skilled composer and vocalist, and has worked with BMG and Evolution Media Publishing. Having recently graduated with a degree in music and sound production, Sophia is new to the scene at RBK and excited to collaborate with a wide range of artists.

Danni is the band leader of Dirty Freud and producer, Danni had produced tracks that have featured Lost Souljah, Kid Bookie, Blizzard, Jammer BBK and Harleighblu.

Recently Danni has been producing for Warner Chapell, Universal and The Other Songs

Danni is an electronic live & recording artist who has found success since moving to the North of England. He has played and produced for artists at Glastonbury, All Points East, Boomtown, Beatherder as well as around Europe, he has gained support from Ninja tunes Jon More and Rough Trades Nigel House.

Neel is an electronic music producer with five years of experience specialising in Garage and associated sub-genres.

He combines creative exploration with high quality production, focusing on clear arrangements and the technical precision of the UK electronic sound.

David De La Rosa is a talented songwriter specialising in UK Garage, Hip-Hop, Rap, and Grime. Known for his sharp lyricism, creative storytelling, and strong understanding of urban music culture, he works closely with artists to help develop authentic songs, hooks, and flows that match their style and vision. With a passion for crafting memorable lyrics and energetic concepts, David helps artists bring their ideas to life while maintaining originality and emotion in every track.

SONGWRITER

LUTFIA MUSTAFAEV

Lutfia is a singer-songwriter with a rich background in music and a love for

strong melodies, unique chord progressions and heartfelt lyrics.

She brings both formal training and creative flair to

every project. She specialises in alternative and commercial pop, taking

inspiration from artists like Ariana Grande, Stevie Wonder and Lana Del Rey.

Though her writing falls under the pop umbrella, she uses elements from

other genres such as jazz, RnB and prog rock to create her own unique

sound.

NICK COLEMAN

Nick Coleman is a London-based producer, audio engineer, and TYX, known for his versatile sound and polished production style.

With experience working across multiple genres, he has collaborated with artists including DJ Seinfeld, J Rocs, Graye, Just Lil, Lahrel, MXE, Afrosaxons, and A-Star among many others.

Known for blending technical precision with creative energy, Nick brings a refined and dynamic approach to both production and engineering.

ZAINE MASOLIVER

Zaine is a Tenacious musician with 5+ years of writing, composing, and producing experience for independent
and external projects.

Well-equipped for a variety of recording and production set ups, including in
the box and analog recording. Experienced in variety of DAWs (8+ years in Logic Pro) and sampling. Can play guitar, bass, drums, keys and can sing, Inspired by artists like ‘Gorillaz’, ‘UNKLE’, Dijon,
Chanel Beads.

Vocal Coaches

Our vocal coaching team combines experienced instructors with a range of techniques and expertise to help singers of all levels unlock their full potential. We work closely with artists to develop healthy vocal technique, build confidence, and refine performance skills, empowering them to express their unique voice and shine on any stage.

HELEN GOLDWYN RITCHIE

Helen Goldwyn is a singer, award-winning voice actor, director, writer and composer with
extensive experience across theatre, concerts, cabaret and TV. She brings a wealth of
industry knowledge to her work as a vocal coach, helping performers develop confident,
impactful and engaging performances for the microphone and stage.

Alongside her theatre work, Helen has played lead roles in hundreds of audio drama
episodes and is also a highly experienced director, scriptwriter and award-nominated
producer.
As a coach, Helen combines her experience as performer and director to help singers
develop vocal and performance techniques,

VOCAL COACH

MAGDALENA

Magda is an experienced singer and vocal coach with over 20 years of performance experience. She specialises in jazz, blues, R&B, and pop, and has performed across the UK and Central Europe as both a solo artist and a member of The Full House of Swing. Her approach to teaching is both evidence-based and holistic.

Magda works with singers of all ages and levels—from aspiring professionals preparing for auditions to those who simply love to sing.

Her coaching style is relaxed but focused, with each lesson tailored to the individual. Magda believes that anyone can learn to sing—with the right guidance, confidence, and understanding of their voice

Our choreography team brings together experienced dancers and movement specialists who create dynamic, engaging routines for artists at every level. We work closely with performers to develop technique, stage presence, and original choreography that enhances their vision, captivates audiences, and elevates every performance.

CHOREOGRAPHER

DYLAN MAZEY

Dylan is a Choreographer and Movement Director, stylistically specialising in urban dance forms such as, Hip hop, House & Popping.

The work he produces is performed with commercial execution in mind, to complement stage and screen environments.

Dylan has a diverse portfolio, working with a variety of different music genres including,

Hiphop, Electronic, Neo Soul, Traditional & Rock. His Ethos as an artist is adaptability and accessibility. He believes in bringing creative Vision to fruition through a movement medium, irrespective of

ability.

Having previously collaborated as a Choreographer with brands such as Warner Brothers, Greatest Music Artists, Channel 4, Sky TV, & Saddlers Wells - He is confident in his efficiency to create, teach and mentor a large team of performers and artists.

Eleanor is a dance choreographer specializing in urban street dance and Y2K-inspired performance styling for female artists. Known for creating high-energy routines with attitude, confidence, and strong visual impact, they blend nostalgic early-2000s influences with modern choreography to develop performance concepts tailored for music videos, live shows

Eleanor blends nostalgic varies style performances styles to create routines that feel bold, expressive, and stage-ready. Passionate about helping artists build presence and identity through movement, they work closely with creative teams to deliver performances that connect music, fashion, and visual storytelling.

Music Plugger

Our plugging team connects artists with the right industry opportunities to get their music heard. With strong relationships across radio, streaming platforms, playlists, and media outlets, we help emerging and established artists maximize exposure, build their audience, and drive engagement in today’s competitive music landscape.

MUSIC PLUGGER

GEORGE GARTON

George started his career in music at the independent label Young Poet, where he
worked across radio promotion and campaign strategy for artists such as Hohnen
Ford, Tamzene and WOOZE. During his time there, he successfully secured over
100 spot plays across the BBC radio network, alongside interviews with Jack
Saunders and Victoria Jane.

George has had first plays on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Introducing in Scotland, helping to
drive early momentum on the project.
In 2026, George joined the RBK team as a radio plugger, supporting the
development and promotion of emerging artists across a range of genres.

Videographers

Our videography team brings together skilled directors, cinematographers, and editors to create visually striking content that showcases an artist’s vision. From music videos to live performance footage and promotional visuals, we craft compelling stories that engage audiences, enhance an artist’s brand, and elevate their presence in the music industry.

VIDEOGRAPHER

VALE VERRICO

Vale Verrico is an East London–based photographer and videographer with a background in commercial studio work. Now focused on music, she shoots everything from large-scale venues to small, intimate spaces — capturing both the energy on stage and the moments around it.

Her work centres on honest, behind-the-scenes storytelling through video and photo.

ARTIST COUNSELLOR

Our wellbeing counsellor for music artists provides emotional and mental health support tailored to the pressures of the music industry. The role involves helping artists manage stress, anxiety, burnout, financial pressure, performance demands, public scrutiny, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. They offer guidance, coping strategies, and a safe space for artists to discuss personal or professional challenges, supporting both their mental wellbeing and long-term career sustainability.

ARTIST COUNSELLOR

JOYCE FILSTON

Joyce Filston is a therapist, Counsellor based in London. Her work centres around emotional wellbeing, identity, resilience, and supporting people navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the emotional pressures that can come with creative and public-facing careers.

Alongside her counselling work, Joyce is also an independent artist and creative facilitator, giving her both professional and lived understanding of the realities many creatives face, including performance anxiety, self-doubt, artistic burnout, creative blocks, comparison, visibility, rejection, and balancing personal wellbeing alongside ambition. Joyce aims to help create grounded spaces where artists and creatives feel able to explore both their emotional wellbeing and creative identity safely and authentically.

Throughout her work, Joyce has supported a wide range of individuals, creatives, and communities, including disabled artists, neurodiverse communities, Global Majority communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, care leavers, and young people across London.

STYLIST

Fashion stylist and creative visionary specialising in artist styling development for the music artists. Working across editorial, performance, and visual campaigns, they create distinctive looks that elevate artist looks and bring creative concepts to life. With a strong understanding of fashion, culture, and music, our stylists delivers styling that is modern, impactful, and aligned with each artist’s identity.
